If i could give 1/4 a star i would. absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Bought a tower that "ran great". but when we got it home, it couldnt even download a simple online game. the owner "Bob" said " hard drives do go out" then offered to replace it. It has been in the "shop" for 5 days, and he has an excuse every time as to why its still not working. Today 10/7/2015 he said "Its not the computers fault"... Well duh... its the programmers, meaning you, idiot... If its not ready AND WORKING by 10/8/2015 i will demand a refund. If he gives another excuse then he will be reported to BBB and Our credit card company will be notified of faulty merchandise. I DO NOT recommend this place at all.
